I recently stayed at Riad Faraj and had a fantastic time. The riad's design is absolutely beautiful, and the tranquil patio was the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The staff members I encountered, particularly Abdu, Omar, Khalid, and Shouhab. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, even preparing a room for me early in the morning when I arrived before check-in time. The meals, especially dinner, were delicious and served with a special touch. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Over the Xmas holidays, my sister and I stayed at a converted residence in the old walled inner city. We loved the amazing location, with everything just a short walk away. The Moroccan tea on arrival was a nice touch, and the crystal-clear pool was a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the city.

There were some downsides to our stay. The breakfast was poor, with limited options available.

The hotel's street was difficult for taxis to access due to poor road conditions.

It made it very convenient for us to explore the city. The service provided by the hotel staff was impeccable, making us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. They were very friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Additionally, the hotel amenities were top-notch. We loved the beautiful terrace and seating area, where we could relax and take in the stunning views of the surroundings. The dining experience was also exceptional, with delicious food served in a lovely setting. we highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this charming city.

The room was dark and musty, and the shower was not working properly. The staff was not very helpful when we had issues with our reservation and were insistent on cash payment.

The Riad Faraj & Spa truly transported me back in time with its beautifully decorated interior. From the intricate tile work to the ornate furnishings, every corner of the hotel exuded Moroccan charm. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, with easily navigable corridors and comfortable seating areas throughout the general spaces. It truly made me feel like I was stepping into another era.

One thing I would have asked for to make the vacation even better for senior people is more assistance from the staff. While the children working there were friendly and accommodating, it would have been helpful to have more guidance and support in terms of local recommendations and amenities tailored specifically for older guests.
